Subject: [PATCH] Add SeatingChartGenerator listing (#1274)

Adds SeatingChartGenerator to the August 15, 2026 section.

The public tool creates seating plans for weddings, parties, classrooms, and events with drag-and-drop arrangements and PNG/PDF export.
