grischka 781872517d tccpp.c: compile 'tcc_predefs' from string ...

It might have advantages in cases if tcc/libtcc does not
depend on extern files.

Also:
- apply "stray \\ ..." check to macros only. For files it
  was already checked. Add positive test.
