Teon Banek 9d4ae833cc Setup basic installation for CPackDeb ...

Summary:
Remove traces of plan_compiler in cmake.
Add memgraph executable to install target.
Fix indentation in tests/CMakeLists.txt.
Install alpha.conf to /etc/memgraph/config.
Rename executable to 'memgraph' and install /var dirs.
