Improvements and bugfixes

Database::Contains now prioritizes denied over granted
New query SHOW DATABASE PRIVILEGES FOR USER
Extended auth api to support the query
Bugfix: databaseNameOrStar didn't support wildcard as expected
Bugfix: missing privileges from cypher lexer
Bugfix: SHOW DATABASES crashes with more than 1000 dbs
Bugfix: granting database may clear revoked databases
Added useful logs
Throwing dbms specific exceptions, instead of std ones
SessionContextHandler clean up
Added storage_delete_on_drop flag
Added multi-db mode to some e2e tests
Added default db and updatet auth e2e tests
Removed USER keyword; Updated auth, fine access and tx e2e tests
Added database info to telemetry
Reverted symlink to the per-dir version
Added name to storage info
