719f636004 fix: 将 2018~2020 年项目列表迁移至独立文件，修复 GitHub README 渲染截断问题 
README.md 超出 GitHub ~512KB 渲染限制，导致页面底部内容无法显示。
将 2018~2020 年的 1535 行内容迁移至 pages/README-2018-2020.md，
README.md 从 527KB 缩减至 420KB。
