grischka ace1225492 tcc_add_file(): preserve s->filetype ...

This is supposed to fix a bug where libtcc eventually was trying to
compile libtcc1.a as C source code.

Anyway, there is now only two functions that refer to s->filetype,
tcc_add_file() and tcc_add_library().
